Dwarkadhish Temple is situated at a holy land known as Sai Hari Kshetra on the bank of river Patalganga. It is 86 km away from Mumbai and about ½ km off Bombay-Goa Highway and near the famous Karnala Bird Sanctuary at Raigad District of Maharashtra. The site of the temple is most picturesque and peaceful. Thousands of devotees have visited the temple in the last ten years and have taken back unforgettable spiritual experiences.

The idol of Dwarkadhish is made out of snow- white Makarana marble, 4.5 feet tall and no words to describe the expressions on the face of the Lord. Thanks to the artists from Jaipur who carved this beautiful idol and poured chaitanya into it. The main shrine of the temple is hexagonal and has three main doors. Lord Dwarkadhish is standing on a marble platform which directly links to the place of foundation through a shaft which is filled by hundreds of notebooks containing the written Japa "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya" from the devotees of all over the world and a handful of currency coins representing all the major countries.

Sri Leela Samadhi Mandir is situated at the ground floor level of the temple which is also hexagonal in shape and has three different levels.

About hundred devotees at a time can meditate here. The Samadhi Mandir is also made available for prayers, collective reciting/chanting purposes.
